Food is deeply personal. We taste it, smell it and feel it. It connects us to memories, the present moment and the people around us. At the same time, every meal is part of a much wider system, shaped by countless choices made across the food value chain. Transforming that system takes trusted relationships and collective action.
On 3 December, the Foodvalley Partner Event brings our network together: a chance to step away from everyday routines, deepen connections with others who put their heart and soul into delicious, healthy and sustainable food, share good food, slow down and enjoy the experience together.
Date: Thursday 3 December 2026
Time: 11:30 – 17:30
Location: Heerlijkheid Mariënwaerdt

We will welcome you with a shared lunch and a sensory opening that brings the story behind our food to life. Together, we will explore the dilemmas and opportunities shaping the food transition, exchange perspectives with other partners and discover how collective action can help promising solutions move into everyday practice.
During the afternoon, you can choose one of three sessions. Whichever experience you choose, you will leave with fresh perspectives, new connections and ideas to take forward in your own work. We have limited spots available for each activity. After the sessions, we come back together to share reflections and reconnect, before closing the afternoon with singer-songwriter Collin Hoeve.
We look forward to welcoming you on 3 December. Feel free to bring one colleague (max. two persons per organisation in total) or someone from your network.
