Working Group Session 2 | UPcycled4Food

The second working group session of phase 2 of the UPcycled4Food initiative brings together partners working across the four prioritised product categories: bread & rolls, cookies & biscuits, balanced dairy and balanced meat

Together with a selected impact assessment agency, we will explore the cornerstones of shaping a solid life cycle assessment methodology for upcycled food products. During the session, we will take a closer look at the scope, steps and timeline for assessing upcycled reformulations. We will also dive into methodological assumptions and data availability, while creating space for partners to exchange best practices and insights.
