Get ready for an engaging Acceleration Session dedicated to data (exchange) as a tool to foster collaboration on upcycled food & Ingredients throughout the value chain.

This event is your gateway to understanding how data (exchange) can contribute to the monitoring, traceability and decision-making in partnerships for developing and marketing upcycled food and ingredients!

Programme

• Challenge pitching: Actors throughout the value chain will pitch on the main challenges they face in terms of data (exchange).
• The SIDEAID project: Martijntje Vollebregt will present the ambitions of the innovative SIDEAID public-private partnership, how it will contribute to overcoming data-related challenges, and how partners can connect with the project and explore mutual benefits.
• Roundtable – Data Platforms: Expert speakers (GS1, NEN, DTI) will draw on inputs from the first parts to further discuss the potential of data (exchange) to improve monitoring, traceability and decision-making within the value chain of upcycled food and ingredients. Including tangible follow-ups and touchpoints for further contact.
