Relevant for: bio-based SMEs
Peer to peer learning for financing innovation in the food & bioeconomy
Foodvalley NL participates together with four other European partners in the project P2P FINBIO, to improve the access to funding for bio-based SMEs. This project is funded by the H2020 programme of the EU. P2P FINBIO kicked off in September 2021, and will last for one year.
During the project, the consortium partners exchange experiences and best practices of the existing support services for SMEs in their respective ecosystems. Specifically, the focus will be on access to funding for start ups and SMEs in the bioeconomy. The insights gathered during the various exchanges are used to develop a common Design Options Paper (DOP). The DOP will be the result of the peer-review process and will serve as a guide for other innovation agencies interested in implementing the addressed innovation support service. To maximise impact of the project, the partners aim to reach as many relevant agencies as possible with the DOP.
