Fastlane is a tailored programme for impact-driven Agrifood pioneers to help them overcome the hurdles towards scaling their companies. Ventures receive hands-on support from a multidisciplinary team of experts to work on company specific challenges.
Given the complexities faced by many agrifood pioneers, whose success is intertwined with the transition to a sustainable food system, the notion of ‘commercial traction’ and value creation is uniquely challenging. For these ventures to succeed, they will need to create value within the context of new market dynamics, shifting dependencies in value chains, and changing consumer perspectives on both innovative solutions and traditions.
