The European Forum For Industrial Biotechnology & The Bioeconomy 2023 (EFIB) brings together researchers, policymakers, regulators, and global organisations to discuss advancements in industrial biotechnology and its contribution towards positioning Europe as a global leader in addressing societal and sustainability challenges.
The two-day programme includes inspiring plenaries and a start-up pitching hour and will explore four thematic areas – Food, Feed & Nutrition; Sustainable Biomaterials; Bioprocesses & Technologies; and Sustainable Finance – as well as new frontiers like biomanufacturing.
