Why participate?

This will be the third year that Foodvalley and its partners participate in a joint booth at FiE. Following two successful editions in Frankfurt (2023) and again in 2024, the Netherlands Pavilion has proven to be a valuable platform for exposure, international matchmaking, and positioning Dutch innovators on the global stage. In previous years, about 9 partners of The Protein Community had the chance to participate in the booth, along with partners from the Upcycling Community. Watch last years aftermovie here!

Organised by Topsector Agri & Food, Brabant Development Agency (BOM), Oost NL, and Foodvalley, this collective booth brings together Dutch expertise and visibility at one of the most important global events for food ingredients.

For Startups and Scale-ups (€2,000 excl. VAT)

  • Access to the shared Netherlands Pavilion booth (for all three days)
  • Dedicated spotlight day with your own booth pillar
  • Pitch opportunity during the conference programme
  • Product showcase (food preparation only possible at additional cost)

For SMEs (€10,500 excl. VAT)

  • Private 8 m² branded space within the shared booth
  • Use of common space for client meetings
  • Product showcase, with optional food preparation (additional cost)
  • Pitch opportunity during the conference programme
  • Invitations to the Netherlands Pavilion networking reception
  • Two 3-day entry tickets

Branding and visibility

  • Company logo in co sharer package on the fair
  • Company profile & announcements on LinkedIn
  • Opportunities to engage in additional activities surrounding FiE

Eligibility criteria

  • You are a plant-based and/or upcycled food ingredients/protein, scale up or technology company for food protein.
  •  Your company is Dutch-based or affiliated with the Netherlands
  • Your company is an innovative, small or medium-sized business
  • Your company is export-ready and willing to expand internationally
  • You are able to travel to Paris for the event
  • You are prepared to deliver presentations during FiE
